Position Summary:

The Head of HR at Imaguru will be at the forefront of our expansion, taking on challenges related to remote work, diverse cultures, and varying employment laws across different markets. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in hiring and setting up HR processes, ensuring not only the acquisition of new talents but their retention and continual professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Collaborate with top management to develop HR strategies aligning with company goals and reflecting the diverse and dynamic needs of different markets.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR and organizational development to drive business objectives in various regions.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience across different markets.
  • Lead the company’s rapid hiring needs, establishing robust HR processes to ensure the acquisition and retention of talents.

Performance & Culture Management:

  • Drive the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on engagement, welfare activities, and maximising productivity.
  • Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, aligning it with company values and approaches.

Employee Relations & Policy Development:

  • Advise and strategise on the development of effective employment policies across the company, considering the diverse legal landscapes of our locations.
  • Ensure managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workforce issues.

Professional Development & Support:

  • Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR staff to increase knowledge and share best practices.
  • Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development, ensuring the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing human resources for startup hubs, accelerators, or other relevant organizations.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams within the HR field.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing effective human resources and recruiting processes.
  • Ability to examine and interpret data from various sources and understand the impact this will have for investment decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Polish, Lithuanian, or Spanish is considered a significant asset.
  • Friendly and personable, with a positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with people.

We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience and qualifications, with a range anticipated between 10000 zl and 12000 zl (brutto), along with additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
