Lead Product Manager/Head of Product

As the Lead Product Manager/Head of Product, you will be responsible for creating an overarching view on all of Imaguru's products, from community building activities to full scale acceleration programs. You will report directly to the CEO and lead a cross-functional team of product and program managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

As the Lead Product Manager/Head of Product, you will be responsible for creating an overarching view on all of Imaguru's products, from community building activities to full scale acceleration programs. You will report directly to the CEO and lead a cross-functional team of product and program managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and mission
- Managing the product development process from ideation to launch, including conducting market research, defining product requirements, and creating product roadmaps
- Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure product positioning and messaging aligns with customer needs
- Measuring and reporting on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions
- Presenting strategies and justify decisions to founders, and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Passion for startups and experience as a founder or in a leadership role in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of the product development process, including market research, product roadmapping, and product launch.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify product decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, able to identify and evaluate new opportunities and make strategic decisions.
